Bramford Flood Prevention

I'm pleased to confirm that work on Bullen Lane to address local flooding issues will commence this month!

We will be carrying out ditching works from the entrance of Bullen Lane to a location near the entrance to the Scottish Power works area. The project includes:

  • Constructing leaky dams

  • Installing additional gullies

  • Placing kerbing behind existing gullies

  • Modifying the existing catchpit into a manhole

These measures will help manage road runoff while retaining water within the ditch to improve drainage and reduce flooding risks.
